Unfortunately I do not feel satisfied, the work was carried out however the mould has returned. I feel they settled for too little and more should have been done to help us attain more compensation. At the beginning of the claim communication was on point however after it was a chasing game. Having to pay a success fee fir a settlement under £1000 is a total steal then paying insurance makes you wonder if it was all worth it??

They helped a lot

Wish I had chosen a different firm my repairs took over a year to start since they took on my case , during this time I was further exposed to asbestos from an area of caved in ceiling and multiple rat infestations from holes in the bricks. Yes my housing association are appalling and they delayed essential maintenance works , but Antony Hodari seemed to not have any enforcement whatsoever including being unable to represent me against threats against my the tenancy from the housing association for which I advocated and received assistance from my local MP because of the living conditions I was subjected to. I presented a well documented evidential case throughout which took months of my time and constant repetitive requests to resend information, from them instead of looking themselves for it. Overall my case was a lot of work for myself and also there were a couple of good employees involved throughout the process and others that wernt so good which lets it down. My case was huge it was a lot of work for myself and never being in this position before I didn't know what I was dealing with. I did submit a complaint it was dealt with rudely. I agree with the comments on here about the rush to settle the financial compensation, there should be a time for reflection for the client who has had to live like like this.
