Dan Brown Appears at the start but not again for 2 Years!

Awful experience over 2 years !
Technical issues with The recorded Phone Call for the Barrister to hear ....instead of dealing with this they suddenly decided to complain to the Barrister too much waiting time at least 18 months.
The Barrister had not received the email !
Then .....after 2 years Dan Brown Appears once more and ...they gave the Barrister the wrong Telephone recording and he dismissed the case .
I can not believe such professionals Heds Law did not listen to the claimant and simply ask the question ?
One does not expect to be put through directly to Social services when pleading with Age.Co insurance Services to honour my claim of my broken burst water pipes under the sink during a pandemic on lock down .?
I expect my private data and my insurance claim to be handled by Age.Co .
Not the Severely disabled pensioner who was forwarded to my local Social services who were told ,I am unable to cope with the stairs carrying my bowl of washing up todo this in the bathroom and also my boiling saucepans of cooking these too ..then I must be looked after as being extremely vunerable........instead of my insurance company Age.Co fixing my burst pipes /Sink !
Not at all you wait two years to be told that the Barrister listened to the wrong phone call some weeks afterwards !

Improved service

I have used Heds Law for a number of matters over the past few years and the service has been ok, knowledge and expertise have always been really good, however since Stephen has become my point of contact the service provided has been excellent.

I would now, definitely recommend Heds and Stephen in particular for commercial and PI matters and prices seem to be comparable with similar practices in the area.
