Good and clearly explained service, only constructive criticism is I didn’t like Leah’s accent very much as I have had a few bad experiences with scousers in the past but am feeling a bit more confident about this particular encounter so far. So could be bit of a bridge builder for me in the future. And hopefully no more violent confrontations with Liverpudlians, 🤔🙄

contacted JFLAW last year, after an incident. I was assigned an agent to guide and assist me, however they weren't quite as helpful as I had hoped. Until Michael Higgins was given my case. Michael was extremely knowledgeable, explained how he could help me through the process and how long it would take and the costs involved for me.
