Had to deal with this solicitor on a house sale and all I can say she is irresponsive to emails,calls or any sort of communication to deal with your issues. She has got zero emphaty and purposely ignores your emails and calls to drag your mental health to rock bottom. I wouldn't give her a job on a shop, forget in a law firm and housing association.

Honestly the worst 'professional' firm I have come across. They dont answer the phone or reply to emails and they take 1000% longer to do the simplest of tasks than their competitors. I would give 0 stars or minus stars if I could. Please stay away.
Lucky I can’t put 0 stars! They were all very rude on the phone to me and they have not taken any of my personal circumstances into account. Ben is the latest person I have spoken to and he was incredibly rude and obnoxious. Can’t wait to get this company off my back!
