Asylum seekers and refugees are some of the most vulnerable people in society. I am thoroughly shocked and dismayed to see that Lei Dat Baig takes full advantage of that fact in the way they treat potential customers.
Their attitude is take it or leave it and their customer care is a disgrace.
Over a three week period, just trying to make an appontment for a young, disabled refugee, I have called this feeble, disorganised company six times and emailed them twice at different addresses. Despite this, I've been completely ignored. Not a single useful response from them, despite an assurance from one "interpreter" that someone would call me back.
Take note, if a company treats its new customers abysmally, it's extremely likely that clients already signed to them will be dealt with even greater distain and therefore, I strongly advise and caution you NOT to entertain this company at any price. Take your business elsewhere and count yourself fortunate, like I am, that you had an opportunity to consider reviews and make an informed choice. Experience has taught me that where immigration solicitors are concerned, word of mouth is EVERTHING.
