Telephone conversation about divorce advice made it all very clear.

Legal advice given, no verbal communication with client. Any verbal communication with client would of clarified clients position. Client was awarded guilt in a serious allegation, Endeavours advice client had no legal standing. The client was denied right to reply or any form of defence when the allegation was made....client was discriminated against, suffered victimisation, client had statutory rights ignored, and was forced to whistleblow. Client raised Tribunal prior to engaging Endeavour. I advise take Endeavours advice and promptly ignore it, simply save yourself the money. Rating is realistic as is Endeavours support.

I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for legal services. They changed my solicitor 3 times and nobody ever really knew the details of my case. They made frequent, big mistakes in correspondence and even in court papers. I kept asking to speak to someone, but that only happened when they wanted more money. I had a really bad experience with this firm.

From the outset wanted a deposit of 1000. Despite web saying the worked in work units of 250. They charged a partner rate bit got a very junior on the case. Would not recommend.

Absolutely 1st class excellent service and communication from start to finish. Dealt with different colleague each time but every single ones of them explained everything crystal clear and made helpful and insightful suggestions. Staff very friendly, supportive and helpful. My main case was a Child Arrangements Order where Endeavour law was very professional. They told me the information that I needed to know and answered any questions that I had throughout. What an amazing company to deal with. I am at this time going through a divorce, I reached out to Endevour and they are so courteous and helpful. They keep you up to date with the whole process and as and when you have any questions you just have to email and they get straight back to you. Putting your mind at ease and answering , not with jargon but in away you can understand. Once this process is through I won’t hesitate to contact them again in regards to the making of my will and anything else I might need.
