This lady kept asking if i was jewish Told me her husband was a paliestinian and proceeded to ruin my famiky court case resulting in my son not being able to see me She asked me to give her questions to ask she never asked any of them
I saw BBC report yesterday about fake domestic abu se claims and how these deceit solicitors are involved, and it reminded me of these people, especially Nezha El Bassri who exploit vulnerable people for her legal aid and specialize in fabricating fake claims. I was shocked and scared when she encouraged me to make fake claims of DV to get legal aid. Some of her advice was so sham ful that I cannot share it here. She even outlined a full plan on how to record false report to my GP and social services, and how to obtain therapy through her linked people, essentially a complete package to fabricate a DV case which was shocking. I find it unbelievable that a solicitor’s firm would do in this way. When you seek legal advice, you expect something legally with integrity, not to be pressured into immoral, unlawful actions or tricks. They should be banned from operating. They are not only misusing public funds but also playing with people’s lives.
