After struggling to cope with dealing with an inheritance, we requested help from Garner&Hancock. The overall management of our needs was handled by Jakub Kotan. This involved deaing with properties in three countries (sale, conveyancing, etc.), dealing with the authorities abroad, bringing in colleagues where necessary to help with taxes, our own will writing and power of attorney requirements. I instructed Garner & Hancock Siolicitors to handle the Probate and tax matters relating to my late brother's Estate. Arrogant, poor advice, slow and expensive. This firm should be avoided. It’s odd that you say you have no record of me as a client. You took over £20k in fees from my Mother’s estate. Your statement is untrue.
