    Outstanding Service

    Due to being let down by a previous solicitor I needed an MSA reviewed and signed off within 3 days, I was not hopeful I would find a solicitor who could work within those timescales but Jiven Mandair exceeded my expectations. From my first contact at 9am the whole process was completed by 1pm the following day with the completed paperwork emailed to my employer. But I never felt rushed, I had a long telephone call with Jiven where we went through the agreement clause by clause so that I fully understood what I was signing up to. The Legal Practice were also very clear about their fees and how they related to my employers contribution. I am now a very satisfied customer and I fully recommend The Legal Practice.

    Wonderful experience with The Legal Practice, I'd give 6 stars if I could. I needed an MSA reviewed and signed off in 3 days due to being let down by a previous solicitor and Jiven Mandair exceeded my expectations. I first contacted The Legal Practice at 9am when they opened and by 1pm the following day everything had been competed and the paperwork emailed to my employer. Despite the speed nothing felt rushed, I had a long telephone call with Jiven where we went through the agreement clause by clause so that I fully understood what I was signing up to. The Legal Practice were also very clear about the fees and how they related to the contribution my employer made. All in all a truly top class service, I fully recommend The Legal Practice.

    We recently used The Legal Practice Solicitors of Wembley, North London, to handle a lease extension on our local flat. We primarily worked with Ms Cecilia Fernandes (Paralegal) and Mrs Dharmini Somani (Partner Solicitor), both of whom provided consistently professional and knowledgeable guidance. The entire experience was smooth and excellent, even as we transitioned to living in France during the process. Communication was clear, timely, and easy to follow throughout what is normally a very technical area of property law. Every stage was explained in a straightforward way, including the valuation, the Section 42/45 procedures, and the negotiations with the freeholder. We were kept fully updated without ever needing to chase, and any questions we had were answered promptly. A couple of minor glitches arose along the way which were handled professionally and with complete understanding. Their organisation, attention to detail, and steady management of the process gave us full confidence, and the outcome was exactly what we had hoped for. The matter progressed efficiently from start to finish, and we truly appreciated how well everything was handled. We plan to use them again when it comes time to sell the flat in the next few years, and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with a lease extension or similar property matter.

      Cecilia and Dharmini were brilliant in getting my house purchase over the line on a very tight schedule. Don't be tempted by going for an online/long distance solicitor; It's well worth paying a little more to know that you can call them at any time or make an appointment and walk in to their office to speak to somebody in person. The staff are all lovely and friendly and also responsive, professional and experienced.
