I’m currently in the unfortunate position of having to deal with an ex girlfriend in family court to get contact with my son. From the outset Ammarah has been nothing but cool, calm, and collected even when I have not been. The case is ongoing and I have every faith Ammarah will get the best outcome for my son and myself. It’s not cheap but I feel I couldn’t do it without her guidance and attention to detail

I contacted a family law solicitor at a very difficult time in my life when I wanted to proceed with a divorce but my husband would not agree. My husband then passed away suddenly and his family were challenging me for custody of our children. It was a hugely stressful and very difficult time for a number of reasons. My solicitor really was a saviour to me, she went above and beyond to assist and support me in every possible way. She was available to me out of hours and made a horrendous situation as straight forward as it could be. In the circumstances I received the best outcome I could have hoped for and everyone is clear as to the way forward legally and where we all stand. I have no words to describe how grateful I am. I am now starting to rebuild my life and move forward.

After the breakdown of my marriage, I instructed Fullers to represent me in my divorce and financial proceedings. My wife and I had come to an agreement as to how we wanted to split the finances, so it was just a case of formalise this into a Court Order. Fullers were very professional and advised me of the law and the various options I had if the agreement broke down, so I felt my expectations were managed and I was aware of the potential obstacles. The Court, however, approved the Order so I was very happy with the outcome.

We have been estranged from our adult daughter for more than three years. Throughout that time we made every attempt possible to open a dialog to enable us to see our five grandchildren. When first speaking to Fullers, we planned on conducting the case ourselves with their guidance. However, our solicitor was so incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in complicated cases such as ours, we realized that handing the case over to Fullers would be a very wise decision. Louise-Jane Burrows was exceptionally professional and very sensitive to our situation. We are completely satisfied with our decision to have Jane-Louise and her team prepare our case for us. Although we had to withdraw before a final conclusion, we feel confident that our case would have been successful and that we would have achieved the outcome we had hoped for. M. Foy
