We are a group of independent and specialist lawyers who specialise in residential property law and practice. We provide a service to clients based throughout England and Wales and have extensive experience in the online delivery of property conveyancing. Owing to our widely recognised standard of excellence, specialism and use of our own highly tailored technology, we are uniquely positioned to deal with all forms of residential conveyancing for home movers. We started up in 2010 in response to the changing face of the legal landscape at that time. Have just used MJP for the second time and again have had excellent service. I like the online service system, its clear and very easy to understand. Documents are readily available, the team are efficient and respond quickly to any questions. Fully recommended.

Excellent service by MJP on both occassions i have used them, will definetly recommend, my daughter has also used them and would use again.
Arranged for exchange and completion of my property sale on the same day when they knew the equity funds had to be sent the day before because the clients solicitors were closed on a training course. Resulted in not completing on the same day and extra removal/ delivery costs

This is the 2nd time I have used MJP when selling and buying our house. The online portal is brilliant for keeping up to date with progress, seeing correspondence between all parties, uploading/downloading documents and communicating with the team at MJP. If you need to speak to someone in person you can request a call back, but 99% can be managed online. It is a great system. Their fees are reasonable for the services provided, I would not hesitate to recommend them, and will certainly use them again in my next move.

Fast, concise messaging and excellent communication. With their online system you always know where the transaction is up to on your side without having to involve PIA estate agents. Furthermore in both the buying and selling I have not experienced any delays due to MJP and have always been waiting on the counterpart solicitors.

MJP Conveyancing are absolutely fantastic. I was a first time buyer so have no first hand experiences of other conveyors but have heard horror stories from friends and family about experiences they have had. From start to finish MJP were clear, efficient and incredibly helpful. The online portal login makes it super easy to locate any documents with none being lost in large email chains. When asking questions about our transaction we would often receive responses within 10-15 minutes of our message. I intend to never use an alternative conveyancer and would return to MJP for any future property transaction that I enter into.
