We provide a service to clients based throughout England and Wales and have extensive experience in the online delivery of property conveyancing. Have just used MJP for the second time and again have had excellent service. I like the online service system, its clear and very easy to understand. Documents are readily available, the team are efficient and respond quickly to any questions. Fully recommended.

Snails pace! MJP are helping us with the sale of our 2bdr purpose built flat in London (Chandler Way). Nothing special about the property. But it’s now 5th month since they are dealing with this sale. They send one email per week - it seems - by the tread of communications. Snails pace! We may even lose the buyer at this rate - and so I will recommend to KfH that MJP are not only useless but even counterproductive, and to not recommend them to their buyers

This is not unusual when it comes to selling a leasehold property. Contract papers were issued within a fortnight of instruction, and the time since then has largely been spent obtaining replies from the managing agent, the freeholder's agent and the original developer to the buyer's solicitor's enquiries, which we have chased by email and telephone throughout, and dealing with additional requirements raised by the buyer's lender. We have written to you directly with a full account of the work carried out and what remains outstanding, and we would be glad to speak with you at any time. Once you have had the opportunity to consider that, we would be grateful if you would think about whether the review fairly reflects our handling of the matter. Second time I have used the company in the past 12 months and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They answer questions the same day majority of the time and as soon as they receive updates from the other side they get uploaded aswell. Great experience from start to finish
