    What can I say. Louise was outstanding throughout the whole process. Kind, patient and always willing to explain and spends hour outside of work hours to help. Truly the best conveyancer around. Will be recommending her to everyone and will only ever use her again.

    Very thorough and professional

    Louise acted on my behalf in the purchasing of a city centre apartment. Not a simple process as i found. Louise was very thorough in dealing with the paperwork from the sellers solicitor and also very professional and firm with a very pushy estate agent. I would 100% recommend Louise, who at times worked late into the evening to ensure paperwork was finalised.

      Very professional and efficient service from Louise.

      I have recently had the pleasure of legal services from Louise Pugh, to deal with a very frustrating commercial leasehold with Norwich City Council. All through the process Louise was incredibly efficient, polite and more importantly available to clearly explain all the legal issues with my leasehold. Without her efficiency and integrity with dealing with the council, I believe it would have taken twice as long. Her fees were very honest and reasonable with no hidden costs. I have complete confidence in her work and will be using her services again.

      I can’t recommend Louise enough! She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. She was friendly, approachable and always happy to explain things when I wasn’t sure what was going on 😂 Communication was great, everything was dealt with quickly and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she really did go above and beyond to help.
