Good introduction and availability of appointments. I needed to discuss Will options which were clearly explained to me. I found Rebecca easy to talk to and felt able to discuss all I needed. Good follow up with written points explained. I would definitely recommend.

Wanted a codicil to my will. Travelled from Lowestoft to Thetford and it was understood what I wanted but a month later I had to ring to find out where it was. They apologised and got it quickly sorted

From start to finish Katie was absolutely superb. Clear communication (explained the legal terminology) approachable and attempted to make the whole process as stress free as possible. Bumps in the road (from external parties) were negotiated professionally and with understanding that emotions were potentially heightened. I felt in safe hands. The company was recommended by my estate agents (additional quotes sourced): very competitive rates for an outstanding service.
