Outstanding service provided thoughout the whole entire time my claim was going on, always kept updated no matter how small or big it was.

Very friendly polite and professional! Each member was always at the end of the phone when something I didn't understand needed to be explained. Easy to communicate with you never failed to get back to me even when I emailed or phoned and left a message.

They worked very close and hard to get my claim where it needed to be and supported me in every way Matthew and his team possibility could. Worked around me when I couldn't discuss things on the phone, wasn't rushed into anything, everything was properly explained broken down and never made me feel like I couldn't email or phone about anything at anytime.Always so understanding with my timing and circumstances. I was never made to rush into something I wasn't quite sure on or ready for. Matthew was a great pleasure be work with within my case as well as a number members of his team they all worked extremely hard to get my claim where it needed to be! I contacted Medical Solicitors over a year ago to discuss my concerns over medical negligence during childbirth over 3 yrs ago. A few companies had knocked us back due to the time constraints of making a case that happened so long ago. Through many conversations and emails,which where very supportive, MS took on our case and fought for our case with the hospital to give us a year extension for the claim. Unfortunately almost 9 months later and after medical experts digging very deep into our case, it turns out the outcome of my traumatic labour was unavoidable so my case ended there.
However I am extremely grateful for all the help and support MS have given to me and my husband this past year. No stone was left unturned, the communication was excellent and I felt very much involved at each stage of the process. Caroline Moore the solicitor who lead our case was just fabulous in supporting us every step of the way and having to tell my story to a complete stranger was very upsetting and daunting but Caroline was very empathetic and someone I felt I could trust from the very start. Following a disappointing result from the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman, I wanted a solicitor to pursue my case further. I tried 5 of the big names, who advertise regularly, but without success as the time limitation of 3 years had only 5 months remaining.
