Dawn and Rebecca were professional and supportive throughout the sale of my mother’s flat. What began as an urgent need to sell the property to fund my mum’s care turned into a much longer and more difficult journey than any of us anticipated. We experienced the disappointment of a failed sale, my mum’s passing, and then the eventual completion of the sale through probate. Throughout every stage, they remained consistently professional, responsive and compassionate. Their guidance, patience and reassurance during what was an emotionally challenging time for me made a real difference. I initially contacted Greenwoods to help with the sale and purchase of property in what I had imagined to be a straight forward process. Cutting straight to the point, Laura and her team saved the chain from collapsing and I can't thank them enough for how effective they were. Greenwoods kept me up to date with all the goings on and at no point did I ever feel left in the dark. I was presented with easy to understand forms and guidance and they worked tirelessly to get our sale and purchase over the line. Throughout the process, Laura fought for our best interests and I wouldn't think of using another solicitor again. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I thank my lucky stars I instructed them to work on my behalf.

Fantastic service
This is the second time I have used Greenwoods. I first used them back in 2020 when I purchased my first house and they were amazing then. I have just used them for a sale and purchase transaction and they have been faultless. They are good at communicating and they happily answer any questions you have. Any jargon that needs clarifying, just ask and they will happily explain what things means. I would definitely use Greenwoods again.

I would certainly use Greenwoods again & again. Dawn Hudson & Fran Yannon have enabled the speedy conveyancing of my property, despite Land Registry issues and buyer delays. Excellent communication and experience but the difference to other solicitors I've used is the personal touch.....a true appreciation of the impact of delays on a human level.
