    Clare was simply amazing.

    I've just completed on a Sale and Purchase with Clare at Freers. She was amazing, the service was fast, professional and delivered with old school client care. Clare was there whenever I had a question and to guide me through the minefield that was selling at auction and buying a listed building. She kept me up to date, she fought my corner, she always called me back (be it out of hours) and she was prompt with emails. My transaction was not straight forward but i knew i was in safe hands as she explained everything to me and took the time to offer reassurance and to answer many a crazy question, with humour too! What made the process better, she never said no, she had an option for every roadblock, she actually helped overcome issues to keep the chain moving. I highly recommend Clare and her team to anyone who wants a personal, professional, client focused approach.

    From the outset, Freers Askew Bunting were very professional and helpful and certainly one of the most communicative law firms I've worked with. They're very efficient and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The job they took on for me involved coordinating and working with 4 others law firms/lawyers to get the deal done, and they took the lead in ensuring everyone did what they needed to do as quickly as possible.       Over seeing the sale of my property I found Freers, and in particular Katie Taylor to be professional, prompt and helpful in processing the sale, over coming a number of issues regarding the sale including an unknown restriction on the property and building alterations it went smoothly as one could have hoped. Katie was always available, either by e-mail or phone to provide advice or reassurance regarding the transaction process. I would without hesitation recommend Freers, and if need be would use them again if required.
