Livvy and her team made a house purchase in Durham very simple. Lots of detailed searches provided. Also very happy with the stringent checks as this was a cash purchase. Felt completely comfortable given that this is an investment purchase 200 miles from home

Between Kristee, Millie and Beth I can’t really fault these girls! Kristee handled the majority of a purchase for my father super efficiently before her maternity leave and then Beth pulled it out the bag getting it over the line in a bit of a last minute a rush - he is thrilled and can enjoy his bank holiday weekend :) the communication was top class throughout the process!
