If I could give a 0 star I would, Truly the worst company I have ever worked with.
Whilst going though the process of buying a house our solicitor left the company in January (which we were never told) for 4 months we sent emails requesting updates and documentation which we never got a response from. In May we never received anything no update so we decided to pull out and go with a different solicitor. 2 months later we received a bill for money owed, no updates or apologies for never replying to us just a bill. We stated we were unsatisfied with themselves, to which we had the response our service was satisfactory. It is comical these still have a company. The Lutterworth branch is that bad there is 0 staff there now AVOID

A will is an important document for the wellbeing of those who remain after us.

I regret having my will drawn up at the Leamington branch a decade ago, as they have been unresponsive and unable to provide an appointment after 2-months of chasing, to make an amendment to the will

Still married seeking a divorce

Totally lacking empathy, compassion or a human touch: so you'd think they'd be good at divorce but they'll just lead you blindly down every bureaucratic alley and milk you for every penny in the process. After 2 solicitors (1 which disappeared mysteriously) , 3 paralegals, several thousand pounds I'm still married and no where near a settlement. Better call Saul, but not this lot at all.
