I approached Mr Jansari who was extremely helpful throughout the course of our calls. Thankfully for me the matter did not proceed legally, but knowing that Mr Jansari was there and ready to accept my case offering sound, honest and genuine advice was comforting for me to know that I could work with him in the reassurance of getting the matter handled to my satisfaction.

Ruth Goward is extremely precise and dedicated to her work, how ever the barristers that are sent to court with you may aswell be a fly on the wall. They agree to things with other parties without even informing you and seem to crumble in the court room and will not disagree to a single thing that you want them to. The barristers are yes men who just appear to agree to anything social services say and seems its just a easy way for them to make money without putting the work in. Ruth does all paperwork and makes sure everything is sent to the barristers before hand, how ever when barristers got to court they hadn't read anything and relied on me to inform them, rather than read Ruth's paperwork. I'm dissatisfied to say the least how ever I don't know who to place blame on being as Ruth did everything correctly. I feel the barristers appointed really let this firm down. So 5 stars for Ruth, 1 for the yes men.
