Hayley was my solicitor for my child arrangements matter. From my very first meeting with her, I found her to be incredibly empathetic, understanding, and professional. My daughter who gas ADHD is usually supported by Georgina and Catriona who are both brilliant, however a recent court hearing she was supported by Beth Smith who my daughter hadn't met before. Beth was brilliant and represented and supported my daughter in court against a barrister. To say we were concerned is an understatement, however Beth was brilliant representing my daughter and securing a positive outcome at thus point. Would we recommend the Derby branch (this is the only branch we have had dealings with)? Yes we would. Georgina Cat and now Beth are just brilliant. You wont go wrong. My partner and I came for some advice regarding upcoming proceedings relating to our granddaughter as we are attempting to protect her. Our meeting went well, albeit we didn’t learn anything particularly that we did not already know via social services and fostering services, but the meeting was positive and professional. And things where my positive opinion changes. We were told we would have notes of the meeting and relevant information emailed to us, this did not happen. I then sent an email requesting this (humans make mistakes) plus a legal question after we were informed of something we were not previously aware of… our email went unanswered. This left us in limbo and in a state of anxiety while we attempted to research ourselves. We are now one month away from a final court date and luckily another professional has stepped up and has made us feel much more relaxed and confident in the outcome of our granddaughters future. Very poor service given to people at their most vulnerable.

I've worked with Ria for my two court appearances. She supported throughout the process including applying for legal aid.
