Massive Deterioration of Once Good Solicitors
I had been a client of Warcup for several years and always found them to be helpful, friendly and efficient.
HOWEVER - judging by my recent experience the company has had a massive and precipitous decline in the quality of service that it offers its clients. Telephone calls not responded to, emails left unanswered despite several repeats. There were times I was even left wondering if the company was still operating so total was the absence of any communication from them. I don’t know what has happened to cause such as massive decline in services but unless and until this is addressed by Warcup, I would certainly advise other potential clients to look elsewhere.
