I rang this firms office based in bedlington on the 13th October the person who answered the phone said she would call back the next day but she didn't as the solicitor was in court when I rang them,

Absoloutley s**te unwilling to help or anything. I know more than the secretary canny set up! Gave them one star and that was only because you have to leave at least one to post a review otherwise they'd of got not a one.

Don't use this firm, unwilling to help, don't want to help find anything out regardless of what's went on. Cheeky brasent secretary's that want there arses booted into doing some graft. My sons been a client since young still makes no difference your just a number get a solicitor that wants to help makes a massive difference to families that are left picking the pieces up. Take my advice DO NOT USE THIS FIRM TO REPRESENT YOU
