We had a nightmare year and a half with estate agents and issues further down the chain but the team at toomy were amazing the whole way, always on the ball. Nothing was too much and everything was always done very promptly... They kept all their fees to a minimum which we really appreciated...We would highly recommend them!

From the very start when I phoned for quotes, they were totally on the ball. I've bought and sold quite a few properties. I've never been able to have a conversation with my solicitor as easily as it was with Helen. And to be honest toomey where recommend by my friend. 💯 recommend.

Being a landlord I'm in the process of selling off my properties. I have sold three houses over the last three years using a different solicitor on each house. I found Toomey Legal to be poor at keeping me informed of the progress and slow at passing on information. Out of all three solicitor I have used they were the slowest. I would not use them again.

I couldn’t recommend my solicitors enough. As a first-time buyer, the whole process has been completely new to me and, naturally, I’ve had a LOT of questions and probably chased them more times than I’d like to admit! Despite this, they have never once made me feel like I was being a pain or asking too many questions. They have always been incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to explain everything to me clearly and put my mind at ease whenever I was unsure about something. They have been fantastic throughout the whole process, always getting things done when they needed to be done and keeping everything moving along. Massive thank you to the team at Toomey Legal for their services in buying my first home! Everyone was super helpful when I reached out with questions, the only downside was that I felt communication could have been a little more forthcoming from their side, however email responses were very quick (1-2 hours) whenever I chased for information. Their reports were also very helpful as a first time buyer, would highly recommend.
