Well what can I say about Toomey Legal, certainly nothing like the other reviews. Communication was none existent unless I contacted them via email, they never rang me. I had the sellers side and estate agents ask me regularly to contact them, as they were exasperated with the time it was taking to move on the purchase or answer questions posed which I could of answered immediately. Was a slow process for such a simple non chain sale. Now ive received communication from the Mortgage company that the redemption figure Toomey Legal requested was incorrect and the interest is still outstanding, a miscalculation from Toomey Legal. Thankfully it wasnt a huge amount and I have paid this and it hasnt affected my credit rating however I was informed that they contacted Toomey Legal and again no communication from them. Fair to say I will not be using this company again and have told others to avoid

I was kept up to date every time something happened and were always at hand if I didn’t understand something, they explained it in an easier way for me and avoided all the jargon. Definite value for money and an app that keeps you updated was a godsend too. Thanks everyone especially Samantha 😊

We choose Toomey via a database from our mortgage advisor and had no prior knowledge of the company. Their communication was great and they were always ahead of the other solicitors in the chain. Their price was also excellent compared to others we looked at. Kate, Kirsty and Nicola were always polite and helpful, especially towards the end of sale when we were ringing almost constantly for information and updates.
