We have used Yarwood Holmes Law for the purchase and sale of two properties. Throughout both processes, we received a very professional and prompt service, detailing what was required, next steps, and timely updates. At one point during the sale, it appeared to me that the buyer’s solicitor was being a little tricky; at that time our solicitor sailed on through ensuring key tasks were progressed as needed. They really were fabulous.

My initial position at the beginning of the legal process was poor but I got provided with sensible and easy advice which I followed 100 % and as a result I got the best possible outcome at the end of court . Both myself and my children are now living a new life that I didn’t feel was initially possible and I also got a response quickly from my solicitors , i am so pleased to have come across such a good and tenacious firm ! I was locked up for my first violent charge that I actually was innocent from, Steve from yarwood Holmes was outstanding.
Extremely professional explaining every step and getting me a NFA, obviously I am extremely pleased with the result but having Steve by my side made it that little bit easier.

I will never stop recommending this firm!

I met Helen when I escaped an abusive relationship back in 2023 and instantly I felt heard and understood. She asked the right questions and helped me better understand my situation. She prepared me for what was to come and supported me every step of the way.
Helen takes a personal approach to her business which makes it feel like less of a business and more of a family. She has been there for me day or night for almost 2 years and never made me feel as though I’m making a fuss. She has an incredible sense of when less is more without belittling or failing to convey your emotions to the court. She has handled my case with sensitivity and the utmost professionalism and I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for me, my daughter and my family.
Every member of this firm is dedicated to what they do. They are in it with you and care beyond what you would expect of those you haven’t met prior. I barely recognise who I was when I chose to meet with Helen and despite all the emotions of these proceedings I have never been so relieved I made the right choice.
