We instructed Chloe to operate on our behalf for our house purchase. As first time buyers we were unsure what to expect however Chloe guided us through the process with amazing clarity and expertise. You hear stories all the time about how people can have issues with their solicitors during the house buying process but this absolutely does not apply to Chloe and Yarwood Holmes. Chloe was clear with her instructions and prompt with her responses. So much so that we actually ended up completing weeks before we were initially advised by the estate agent. I would start by saying this company is absolutely professional and reliable. They are available at all times including via mobile phone. I’ve never experienced such empathy and understanding as these solicitors give. They work thoroughly and have the patience to listen to help you. I would 100% recommend them over many others I’ve used in the past.

I cannot recommend Sara Stockdale enough, she has always gone above and beyond for me in the years I have been her client.
