I would just like to say that Yarwood holmes law limited were outstanding when it came to our help to buy. In particular Chloe who was always there when we needed answers or help throughout the process. We needed things done quick to get our remortgage etc in time and they certainly provided the best service possible for us. Just bought a property and used Yarwood - Andrea, Olivia & Stacey were really helpful and responsive. Especially with the original solicitors I was using closing and getting transferred to Yarwood they picked up the file and acted quickly to get us to completion fast. 10/10 would use them again

I would start by saying this company is absolutely professional and reliable. They are available at all times including via mobile phone. I’ve never experienced such empathy and understanding as these solicitors give. They work thoroughly and have the patience to listen to help you. I would 100% recommend them over many others I’ve used in the past.

I cannot recommend Sara Stockdale enough, she has always gone above and beyond for me in the years I have been her client. Sara has always given clear consistent advice and gone out of her way to shield me from a great deal of upset in proceedings. There is always a lot of care and clear dedication to her work which means you are always treated as a person, not just as a client.
