    Administration of Parent's Estate

    Myself and my siblings chose to use Carr & Co for the administration of my father's estate, preparing Inheritance Tax account and Probate application. Jennifer Bell handled all of this for us. She was very friendly, approachable, and answered any questions we had and communicated well with us throughout the process. She made all costs clear to us up front and we were charged as quoted. She was also very empathetic at what was a difficult time for us.

      Very good in handling probate and will execution

      Philippa and the team were efficient and polite, handling a complex probate process, sorting out all debts, liaising with DWP (who were awful!) Took nearly two years to sort, so I was expecting a massive bill, but ended up being quite reasonable

      From start to finish Victoria was outstanding. Firstly she assisted with the 'Trust' that the house was in, when other firms wouldn't help us. Then she was in totally control of the purchase and sale of the house we were selling and buying. The best of it was, she was always available to contact us either by phone or e mail so we were always kept updated. We could not speak highly enough of her and the work she did on our behalf, and we would use Victoria again if we ever needed legal assistance! Many thanks for your help Victoria
