We have just completed the purchase of our new home and wanted to take the opportunity to leave a review for the team who supported us throughout the process. From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely exceptional. Giselle Sudnick was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout, and Chloe provided fantastic administrative support alongside her. Communication was excellent at every stage, with everything explained clearly and updates provided whenever we needed them. The whole process felt seamless and incredibly well managed. Where things needed to be expedited, this was done quickly and efficiently, and we always felt that we were in safe hands. Moving house can be a stressful experience, but the support and reassurance we received made such a difference. We genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the firm to anyone looking for legal support with buying or selling a property. I used Phillips solicitors for my house sale. My conveyancer was Jo assisted by Emma. They were fantastic. Communication was clear, emails were answered the same day, and I always had a direct point of contact instead of a call center. Fees were completely transparent with no hidden charges. All enquiries were satisfied within 5 weeks. Highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful and explained everything on the way
From first meeting we were helped through the process of buying our first house to completion and also the writing of our wills . All staff were very helpful and informative on every aspect and will definitely recommend to others and use their services again. Thanks for all your help guys. 👍👍

Phillips solicitors handled our first house purchase and made everything so easy and straightforward, We always felt prioritised and always kept up to date. We never felt like we needed to wait on them for anything, they often was the ones waiting on others so certainly a very professional and coordinated business. Thankyou so much for making our first purchase possible and been a positive part of the process.
The conveyancing team for my recent property sale were really helpful. Especially when the purchaser's solicitors had sent incorrect documents and I needed a swift resolution. Thanks for the extra chasers that kept the delay to a minimum.

Philips solicitors have represented me for over a year and a half. Throughout this time I have been consistently supported on a professional and personal level due to the sensitivity of my case.
