Selina Turner and Sally Holen acted on our behalf on the sale of a residential property. We found them both to be incredibly efficient and personable, dealing with the paperwork promptly, providing clear instructions to us throughout and liaising with the buyer's solicitors very quickly. They were transparent regarding the cost of the matter from the outset and we received seamless cover from their office, even when they were both away. I had a slightly contentious settlement agreement that I needed legal support with. It's the first time I've used Larken & Co, and they came word of mouth. I don't think it was a complicated job but Lesley and team were satisfyingly assertive in keeping the pressure on my employer to get the agreement finalised and signed quickly. This included arguing for a biased element to be removed. There was, early in my work with Larken, a slightly delayed response from them on one item but this was never repeated once we had discussed expectations. All other communications from first to last were frequent and timely. I felt Lesley was ready to go to battle for me and would use her and Larken again.
