Philips solicitors have represented me for over a year and a half. Throughout this time I have been consistently supported on a professional and personal level due to the sensitivity of my case. This was mainly by Nicola and Louise who have always gone above and beyond for me. No phone call or email was never unanswered. Both ladies have helped me get through a very tough time with their genuine kindness and professional guidance and knowledge. It is from the bottom of my heart that I thank these ladies, nothing was ever to small or unimportant that I could not ask for advice and support on. I was recommended by a friend as I am not in the area to Philips office, I would definitely recommend Philips solicitors.

Excellent service (conveyancing) from start to finish. The team were professional, friendly, and helpful, keeping me informed throughout and explaining everything clearly. We have just completed the purchase of our new home and wanted to take the opportunity to leave a review for the team who supported us throughout the process. From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely exceptional. Giselle Sudnick was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout, and Chloe provided fantastic administrative support alongside her. Communication was excellent at every stage, with everything explained clearly and updates provided whenever we needed them. The whole process felt seamless and incredibly well managed. Where things needed to be expedited, this was done quickly and efficiently, and we always felt that we were in safe hands. Moving house can be a stressful experience, but the support and reassurance we received made such a difference. We genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the firm to anyone looking for legal support with buying or selling a property. I used Phillips solicitors for my house sale. My conveyancer was Jo assisted by Emma. They were fantastic. Communication was clear, emails were answered the same day, and I always had a direct point of contact instead of a call center. Fees were completely transparent with no hidden charges. All enquiries were satisfied within 5 weeks. Highly recommended.

I made my will with Donna. Straightaway I felt at ease. She listened, gave me any relevant advice and was extremely professional and patient.
