Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided during my divorce proceedings. My solicitor was kind, professional, and much better to speak with over the phone, where things felt more personal and reassuring. At times, communication could have been clearer, particularly around the different stages of the process and what to expect next. I also found the costs significantly high, which added a great deal of additional stress during an already difficult time. That said, I did appreciate the support shown throughout, and I’m grateful for the help I received.

Emily was introduced to me when our family was in crisis and struggling to get the right post adoption support. Subsequently my (adopted) children returned to live with their First family and Emily represented me through care proceedings which supported an application for a 'Lives With Order' and Parental Responsibility granted to First Family. Despite the unusual circumstances, Emily has been extremely knowledgeable and subsequently supported my application on behalf of my children to apply for the Adoption Order to be revoked - a process that took us through the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Emily has worked tirelessly on my behalf along with an amazing team she hand picked have been a pleasure to work. Throughout the Court proceedings Emily has always been compassionate, understanding and extremely knowledgeable, and worked tirelessly to try to obtain the right outcome for our family. Emily has gone above and beyond and I will always be highly grateful for her support, integrity and care through very difficult circumstances.
