I've recently used BH&O services for legal advice concerning divorce from a very controlling, unpleasant & dishonest husband, who chose to take me to Court despite my willingness to negotiate via mediation. He was out to get everything he thought he could, including: 1/2 my pension built up before co habitation, 60% equity from the sale of the family home, he also wanted to take over £20,000 of our children's savings for himself. Amanda Stopps at BH&O was fantastic! Always super efficient with regard to answering emails & getting back to me by phone. Her advice was always concise & clear, Above all, everyone at BH&O were very professional but also super friendly & calming, whilst helping me navigate a stressful & difficult time. I'm delighted to say, thanks to BH&O, the applicant in question wasted a huge amount of money in legal fees & gained nothing, other than debt.
