Courtney assisted Claire Sturt with the administration of our estate specifically helping with the process following the bereavement of my sister. I cannot praise Claire Sturt at Leeds Day (Huntingdon) highly enough. After suffering three consecutive bereavements, the emotional toll was overwhelming, but Claire guided me through the entire probate and estate administration process with immense compassion and professionalism. She was always available and her support never wavered. Beyond the standard legal work, Claire went above and beyond by dealing directly with utility providers, local councils etc. She managed everything efficiently and negotiated with them to wrap matters up fairly and properly for the estate. She completely shielded me from the immense stress and upset of handling these administrative hurdles at a time when I needed it most. Claire has also handled our wills with the same high level of professionalism and care. Claire is an exceptional professional of whom I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending.

From when I notified Claire of my husband's death I felt looked after. I was guided through all the legal procedures. When I did not understand, Claire replied quickly and patiently explained what I needed to know. She stood by me and stood up for me when dealing with a particular difficult and incompetent company. She was able to resolve matters with them when they ignored me. She understood what I was going through. My family and I will always be grateful to her for everything she did for us whilst we were, and still are, trying to negotiate life without our loved one.
