Concerns over confidentiality and advice
Very disappointed with the service. The office was cluttered with client files everywhere, including on the chair I was asked to sit on, raising serious confidentiality concerns as names and details were clearly visible. The door to a public-facing area was left open during our consultation, meaning conversations could be overheard. We were also incorrectly advised about the process of removing my husband’s name from a property, which was frustrating. In addition, we witnessed the solicitor speaking abruptly and disrespectfully to a staff member, and his overall manner towards us felt discourteous and lacking in professionalism. We have since instructed another solicitor who is now progressing our requirements.
