We are a medical practice and have been clients of Martin Kaye for a number of years now as members of their Alpha Max scheme which provides legal and HR support for businesses. I cannot praise the team highly enough, particularly George Heron and one of the partners John Mehtam, who always go above and beyond to help us. No query is scoffed at, and the responses are incredibly quick but detailed and efficient. I honestly don't know, as a partner in our business, what I'd do without them now as we try to navigate the complex and every changing HR law. Having had the pleasure of dealing with George, Lily and Mary on numerous occassions for advice and guidance on various issues, I can honestly say that the service I have received has been excellent, they always provide documentation should it be required and they are always happy to come into practice to support should the need arise. In all of our dealings they are always professional, honest and above all patient when our policies don't always align, we absolutely couldnt do it without them.

I have been privileged to have utilised the skills of Martin Kaye's Alpha Service for many years and I found that the knowledge of the team, and of the individuals I have dealt with, has been first class. From the top down, the team are always available and complete work whenever required, to whatever timeframe is agreed.
When I first used Alpha, we did not have any HR specialists employed within the company I worked for. Alpha was described to me as like having my own HR Department to draw upon when I needed it. It has been that and so much more. Would I recommend Alpha? Yes I would, without hesitation.

I have found the service that is provided to be professional and invaluable. Clear guidance, informed about the risks to allow the business to make an informed decision on what route to take. The Alfa updates keep us informed of the forever changing legislation. Having a yearly audit on HR processes and procedures we have in place ensures we are compliant.

We use Martin Kaye to provide us with employment legal services. Having used similar services provided by large providers the approach from Martin Kaye is refreshing and excellent value for money.
I have access to a point to a Professional Manager in George Heron who provides me and my team with high quality, commercially tailored advice and he is extremely quick to reply and offer solutions. This support is also mirrored by Lily Hathaway who supports my account.
The team have taken time to get to know me, the Company that they support and that gives me the impression that we work in a partnership and consequently that they care about the support and advice that they give.
Support isn't just provided via email or over the phone, George will visit (which I think is a critical element in understanding how we work), there are no hidden costs or paywalls that I have faced and I have no hesitation in recommending Martin Kaye to any business looking to get a legal advisor in the area of Employment Law.

Don’t expect updates, they answer only after many prods.
Don’t expect efficiency, they do what they want when they feel like it.
Don’t expect accuracy they send many demands for payment, all different, all wrong until YOU work out what is due then get it right!
In short, if you are recommended them by an estate agent, TELL THEM NO!!!!

As a leading firm of solicitors established for over 30 years, we strive to provide all our clients with the highest levels of professionalism, client care and service delivery. Our conveyancing teams are very experienced and versed in dealing with a substantial number of conveyancing transactions across the UK upon behalf of numerous satisfied clients. As a law firm, we consistently receive numerous client, agent and third party referrals and are registered upon virtually all main stream mortgage lender panels. Regretfully, due to regulatory compliance and client confidentiality, we are unable to comment upon the specific matters alluded to by this review, other than to confirm that it has been fully investigated by us. Whilst we receive very few complaints from our extensive client base, in the rare circumstances where complaints or concerns are made, they are taken very seriously and are fully investigated by an equity partner. We used Martin Kaye after a recommendation from our mortgage broker while buying and selling. Our case was assigned to Kam and Dave who we cannot fault. They were both quick to respond to our enquiries and explained the whole process from start to finish during every step. They were easy to reach by email and phone and went above and beyond to help us.
We had some extremely difficult circumstances surrounding our move and at every hurdle both Kam and Dave consistently provided us with updates and reassuring words. We cannot thank them enough for their diligence and, above everything, their commitment to us. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants a safe pair of hands to look after their moving process.
