Fantastic Service

We used Martin Kaye after a recommendation from our mortgage broker while buying and selling. Our case was assigned to Kam and Dave who we cannot fault. They were both quick to respond to our enquiries and explained the whole process from start to finish during every step. They were easy to reach by email and phone and went above and beyond to help us.

We had some extremely difficult circumstances surrounding our move and at every hurdle both Kam and Dave consistently provided us with updates and reassuring words. We cannot thank them enough for their diligence and, above everything, their commitment to us. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants a safe pair of hands to look after their moving process.

Would 100% Recommend

We would definitely recommend Martin Kaye solicitors, normally everyone complains about their solicitors when moving house, but we have been incredibly impressed with our solicitors. Michelle Poulton and Craig Standen were amazing, every time we would call we would get through to them, they would give us regular updates without us needing to ask for them and would explain everything clearly to make sure we understood everything and make it easier for us to complete any documentation. They could not have been more friendly and if we need a solicitor in the future we would only use Martin Kaye.

Simply Awful

Without a doubt the worst experience of customer service ever with Family Law department. Solicitor never available. Solicitor let other side dictate whole situation. Solicitor would never chase other side so waited for months to get replies, which is the other sides game plan. Solicitors assistant was main point of contact who could not answer simple legal terms used within letters. I could go on. Ended up leaving after five months to another firm as in exact same position when legal action started bar £500 down. New solicitor has done more in three weeks than Martin Kaye Telford did within five months. We were asked to raise a complaint with their complaint’s consultant. After a little investigation it turns out the complaint’s consultant is in fact one of the founding members of Martin Kaye so obviously sided with their incapable Solicitor. Bunch of crooks avoid at all costs. I'd of given zero stars if possible

Very very impressed

I have just completed a remortgage and MK were the solicitor. I can only say that I was wholly impressed.

Last year I sold a property through a different solicitor and they were diabolical. The contrast between the companies is extraordinary.

Emma Kaur was excellent.
