Joanne and Holly were both extremely friendly, helpful, communicative and efficient throughout the whole process of my house sale. In particular, Jo was always happy to pick up the phone to discuss anything with me and her response on any queries I had were always answered ASAP. An absolutely lovely team to deal with and I would recommend Jo to any of my friends or family!

From start to finish, Joanne was the calm amongst the storm!
Our house purchase was complicated and threw up many curve balls, but whatever happened Joanne was always available and communicated where we were at and what was required.

Recently purchased a house and looked to Martin Kaye to complete the conveyancing. From the start Michelle Poulton and Craig Standen couldn’t have been more helpful or supportive in guiding us through what was a difficult house purchase , due to a covenant on the property. They were a pleasure to deal with, friendly and approachable at all times, ensuring we were kept up to date ,and answering promptly, our never ending questions.
