14months later and the purchase of our freehold still isn’t complete!! If we had known we wouldn’t have had these do it ! Would have been easier and quicker to do it ourselves! This is holding up our house sale and costing us money. I can’t select a solicitor on the menu because they have all left and I can’t select anything from the how would you describe this firm menu because none of them apply as they are all positive options

What can I say . Emma has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish with the whole process, keeping me up to date and being extremely responsive and knowledgeable with any enquires I had going through the purchase of my first home . She's an amazing credit to penine law along with her team who have been helpful along the way also . 10/10 recommend. Would happily use penine and Emma again if in the future I purchase or sell a home . Thank you !

Had the misfortune of dealing with them regarding a deceased estate. Withheld money , can't provide a financial statement. Totally unprofessional. Still battling for them to pay the money which is owed to our family..avoid at all costs..

Flawless conveyancing process and no hidden fees. I paid what I was quoted. I have to be honest and say I didn't have much interaction with Gaynor but she always communicated with unquestionable conviction on my behalf when additional requests were being made. Reception were always delightful, although it's usually an answer machine that you're transfered to. Sue was very pleasant. However the person that really made me feel like a client rather than a customer was Molly! Molly provided a positive and super confident energy that put me at ease and made me feel reassured that everything would go perfectly on completion day. Molly exudes a whatever happens I've got it covered approach so much so it felt like she cared like friend!
Would recommend this solicitors to anyone that want hassle free that delivers on their promises.
