Gave one star because it wouldn’t let me post with no stars!
14months later and the purchase of our freehold still isn’t complete!! If we had known we wouldn’t have had these do it ! Would have been easier and quicker to do it ourselves! This is holding up our house sale and costing us money. I can’t select a solicitor on the menu because they have all left and I can’t select anything from the how would you describe this firm menu because none of them apply as they are all positive options

What can I say . Emma has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish with the whole process, keeping me up to date and being extremely responsive and knowledgeable with any enquires I had going through the purchase of my first home . She's an amazing credit to penine law along with her team who have been helpful along the way also . 10/10 recommend. Would happily use penine and Emma again if in the future I purchase or sell a home . Thank you !

Poor communication, slow and disappointing
Communication is dire, emails and documents are sent with missing information. Unexplained charges added to the bill. Had to chase at every stage of the transaction.

Very helpful and responsive service. Nathan was really good at responding to emails and phone calls and even though the sale dragged on this was purely caused by the lower chain. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The service has been appalling—no one responds to emails, yet they have no issue taking payments. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, we’ve been completely ignored, which has become incredibly frustrating. We would switch solicitors, but they’ve already taken our money, leaving us stuck. Writing this review is a last resort, as they consistently fail to answer phone calls or respond to emails. We sincerely hope this prompts them to finally address our concerns.
