I was very disappointed in the length of time the change over took, in addition I was told repeatedly everything that was needed was final only to find 2/3 weeks later another document was still outstanding or needed to be signed. I have to say on a positive note once our solicitor changed the process proceeded with pace and completed with no issues.

A long but thorough process

This review is for a different branch.

Conveyance takes substantially longer in the UK than we were used to in Canada and especially where leasehold is concerned. Our solicitor did a great job to ensure we had all the necessary documented information regarding our grade II listed building. Would have given 5 stars if feedback would have been more proactive (probably the difference between conveyancing in Canada and the UK)

Highly recommend the solicitors and all the brilliant staff who work there
From start to finish we received excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble.
After having so much hassle from a previous solicitors, dealing with Megan & Chloe was such a relief! They dealt with our case quickly and efficiently & answered any questions we had.
Had to call into office a couple of times with paperwork and the lady on reception was so friendly and made us feel at ease with everything
We will definitely be dealing with them again if we ever need a solicitors & would highly recommend them
