WBPennine staff were always courteous and professional, however, the length of time taken from sale offer to completion was ridiculously long in view of the circumstances of both the buyer and the seller. I was also disappointed that my emails were not responded to or action taken relating to them quick enough. David Thomas, who took on the latter stages of the case was very good at ringing to update me. Also Sian Faries was very helpful when I asked for updates although she never gave exact timescales. The first time I ever emailed the company I received an automated reply requesting that clients did not email for updates as their time taken to answer would take them away from doing their jobs. I found this concerning as I wouldn’t have emailed if I knew what the state of play was. Lastly, I was not happy to pay for the Online Portal Access as this was not updated frequently enough to be of any use and the stages were too broad.
