Don't even think about this firm! They promised to make an appeal on my Home Office rejection, but they didn't within the timeframe! Then when I wanted to change my solicitor, they didn't hand my case over to the new solicitor! I had to complain about them and Cc'd the Legal Ombudsman to the complaint email in order to get my own case! Your life doesn't matter to them, at all!
