I have titled my review as "MY TEAM" simply because Mr Matthew Brown and Hannah made me feel this way from start to finish nothing but support threw out let's call it a very bad experience over 4 years even when my mental health got worse they where on the phone with help and information and constantly following up to see if I was ok i couldn't have got threw it without them they are here to help and they do just that HELP I couldn't thank them all enough they certainly made a bad experience easier to deal with .

My partner Lisa suffered terribly at the hands of our local hospital causing her to almost lose her life. After basically having life saving surgery after days of the hospital not doing their job correctly she was left with life changing injuries and once she came out of her coma and attempted to come to terms what had happened. We knew the nhs hadn’t done their job correctly but where did we go with it? The answer was Medical solicitors in York after looking at previous reviews we knew they were the ones to help. Even when it was looking like it was going to take several years Sarah and her team were outstanding in every aspect. Nothing was ever a chore and their professional yet friendly attitude was second to none. I would recommend Medical Solicitors without hesitation. Thanks again Sarah and Co you’ve been amazing
My husband suffered a stroke, and his life was forever changed. After a trawl through the internet, he decided to ask Medical Solicitors to advocate for him in a claim against those who had caused the damage to his body. Matthew has handled the case, and although we are not quite 'over the line' I would like to tell anyone who has suffered from medical negligence and is looking for advice that Medical Solicitors and Matthew personally have worked extremely hard to help us understand the process, and what is needed to make a case. Matthew has been diligent, extremely professional and painstaking in his efforts on my husband's behalf. I would highly recommend Medical Solicitors. When I 1st got in touch all the staff was so nice and thoughtful especially Sarah. She had lots of time for my case and answered any questions I needed to know. She always kept in touch throughout the entire of my claim. Nothing wasn't to much trouble for her. She wasn't happy about the way I was treated and i was never once let down by Sarah or any of the staff they were all amazing. After all her nearly 5 years of hard work she fought my case right to the end to get what I was entitled to. It was well worth the wait. I can't thank her enough. I would definetly highly recommend. Highly recommend this company. I was very apprehensive about going ahead with my Mams damages claim & had second thoughts about going forward with it. However from my first call to Medical Solicitors I knew I had done the right thing. Natasha Lindley was able to put my worries at ease & explain everything in a way I could fully comprehend. Throughout the whole case she was consistent in keeping me updated. I was also very comfortable ringing her if there was something I was unsure about. On the day of the court case I was extremely nervous. Natasha supported me all the way through giving me glances throughout to boost my confidence. She was just a lovely person just as I thought she would be and an amazing solicitor. Simply the best Five stars all round
