Good to start with but almost impossible to speak to the required people over the phone. They also never seemed willing to pick up the phone to ring relevant companies for documents etc so we ended up doing a lot of the chasing ourselves. Not always good at updating us unless directly asked.

We recently used Dundas Law Limited for the purchase of our first property together. My fiancé had previously used Kerry’s company for other properties and had always been really happy with the service he received, so when it came to purchasing our first home together, the decision to use Kerry was an easy one. From start to finish, Kerry kept us fully informed throughout the process, and we always felt confident that everything was being handled properly. One of the things we really appreciated was how clear and straightforward Kerry’s communication was. There was never any unnecessary detail, whenever we had a question, she gave us a clear and straight answer, which made the whole process much easier to understand. Buying a property can be a stressful process, but Kerry made everything as straightforward and easy as possible for us. Kerry and her team dealt with the sale of a tenants in common property that had been sat in probate for a number of years. It was a complicated situation that was handled extremely professionally and sensitively. This situation caused significant amounts of stress and anxiety for me and I genuinely struggled with the process, but Dundas Law took the pressure off massively. They also allowed my partner to communicate on behalf of me when things felt too much. Extremely efficient with great communication throughout. I highly recommend and would use them again in the future.
