Claire Owen was very professional, and also able to communicate in a friendly and approachable way. She explained the process and informed me of timescales etc. I didn’t feel I was constantly chasing a response and she and her assistant , Terri were prompt to replying to any communications or queries. Overall a very good service and would definitely recommend them.

We have just completed on a house purchase. Nicola was our main contact at ORJ and the solicitor responsible for the matter. It was a very complicated transaction, involving multiple price changes, negotiating the removal of restrictive covenants on the property, dealing with surveyors, financiers and several different solicitors. Nicola handled the task with apparent consummate ease. She was always available to talk to, kept us fully up to date as difficulties arose and played a huge part in overcoming those difficulties. I spent a 40 year career in the professions, albeit in a different area and I have rarely come across a professional as diligent, competent and indeed as easy to work with, as Nicola. I simply cannot praise Nicola enough for the work she has done on our behalf and we as a family will have absolutely no hesitation in having her look after all of our future property matters. To the "bosses" at ORJ, you need to look after Nicola !!!

Very bad experience. Our solicitor missed the timelines set by the vendor and as a consequence we lost the property. On the day when we were supposed to exchange, rather than having all documents ready, that’s when our solicitor sent the enquiries. Just unacceptable. To top it off, we sent 10% of the property value for the exchange and it was given back to us almost two weeks after we lost the sale. It highly depends on who you get, but for us it was a nightmare!

I used this firm for the sale of ,my property and was very pleased with their service. It was all very professional with great attention to details. They replied to my called and emails swiftly and gave me a sound advice when it was needed. The price was very good too. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly consider them in the future.

I'm disappointed as I feel other people had better experience than we did. We did not seem to have one case handler, I was in contact with a Gavin, Sam, Adam. We were also buying a new build property who were in contact with solicitors, however they were in contact with completely different people such as a ross, josh and someone else I cannot recall. This made much room for miscommunication and confusion on who to speak to. Things were sent to us late, we never got regular updates, they were always hard to get in touch with over the phone. I did not like the fact we would have to keep making contact to ask where we were things such as documents, to then find out something was overdue. Also, with not having experience on selling and buying a property before things were sent without warning or explanation which made it more confusing. Average experience, in the past I went with Quality Davison's and that was a much better experience, one person that had the case, who regularly sent updates and information. It is a shame as other people who have reviewed had a better experience, I guess it depends who handles your case load.

I was referred to Sam at ORJ Law last minute when I was no longer able to use my previous conveyancing solicitors, I was under extreme amounts of pressure to complete with a timeframe of 3 weeks. I faced so many issues prior to instructing ORJ Law and was on the verge of losing my new home, however Sam completely turned this around and due to his proactiveness I was able to complete within the timeframe given and he played a major role in me finally being able to secure my dream home! Sam is extremely thorough and delivers a very high standard of professionalism… I can't thank him enough and would 100% recommend!

Outstanding service from Tom Wellings at ORJ. From the initial enquiry through to completion, I had a brilliant experience with Tom and all members of staff at ORJ. I received an incredibly personal and efficient service, and Tom especially went the extra mile in the conveyancing of our first home purchase. No question was too much, and all responses were lightning fast. I have recommended ORJ and Tom to friends and family, and will continue to do so due to the superb level of service.
