I had a genuinely excellent experience with ORJ Solicitors. From the outset, their team was professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and well-informed at every stage. What really stood out to me was their responsiveness and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble, and they always kept me updated without me having to chase. I felt completely reassured that my matter was in safe hands. The outcome was exactly what I’d hoped for, and I honestly don’t think it would’ve gone as smoothly without their guidance. Their expertise and friendly, down-to-earth approach made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. Initially ORJ was quick to respond and Daniel took the job to meet my urgent requirement. He did have 2 meetings to review the agreement and sign it off on behalf of me. After he was paid, I still have one last enquiry so I emailed him, but no response. I messaged him few days later. Still no reply. I emailed again, messaged as well, then phoned up office. Cleary he was working as the receptionist directed my line to him, but I went to his voice mail. So I emailed and asked him to clarify if it's still his obligation, if not I will go to someone else. But he wouldn't get back to me at all. You can't get response from a solicitor who just wanted the easy money and ignored your enquiry on purpose after they were paid. Definitely not a pleasant service having to chase him so many times without 0 reply.

Awful solicitors, the worst I have ever seen. Refused to answer queries, seemed to have little knowledge of law and were appalling. Please DO NOT USE this terrible lot

Mike and Oliver have provided excellent support throughout a dispute with a vile builder and his family who attempted to deflect sub standard work on our home. Despite many attempts by them to turn the table, they failed and the builder exposed for what he is.......no credibility and no reputation. Thanks again ORJ Solicitors, would recommend without doubt.

As first-time buyers, navigating the property market felt incredibly daunting, but Louise and the team at ORJ made the entire process remarkably smooth. From the very beginning, Oliver was fantastic and incredibly helpful with getting us onboarded and set up. Patiently helping my elderly father complete his ID checks. Once the transaction was underway, the communication was flawless. Louise always delivered exactly when she said she would and was consistently easy to get hold of. A special mention must also go to Kimberley, who efficiently answered our queries as soon as they arose. It is clear that Louise and Kimberley work as a brilliant, well-coordinated team. What really stood out was how Louise handled a complex boundary issue during the process. She dealt with it thoroughly and professionally, securing a swift and successful resolution. Given how smoothly everything went, ORJ offered excellent value for money. We especially appreciated how responsive and proactive Louise and Kimberley were throughout the entire process. They kept us updated at every stage, making everything feel smooth and stress‑free. It genuinely felt like a well‑oiled machine, with every part moving in parallel and no delays. We were ready to complete just seven weeks after our offer was accepted. Very unstressful service from Jade and her assistants Wendy and Maddie at ORJ whilst buying our first house. When the impending renters rights act looked like it could result in us having to pay rent on an empty house for 2 months, everything was put into place for us super quickly. Special praise to Maddie who has been our calm and reassuring main contact throughout it all. The price was also extremely competitive. Almost £800 less than the estates agents recommended solicitor, leaving us with more money for our new home.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The team are professional and also very friendly, they guided us through all of the paperwork for our house move and answered any questions we had very quickly. Louise, Lucy and Lili were all great at helping us complete as fast as possible and there was always someone at the office to speak to when we needed urgent help with anything. We would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable Solicitor who is communicative and approachable. We can't thank them enough!
