As first-time buyers, navigating the property market felt incredibly daunting, but Louise and the team at ORJ made the entire process remarkably smooth. From the very beginning, Oliver was fantastic and incredibly helpful with getting us onboarded and set up. Patiently helping my elderly father complete his ID checks. Once the transaction was underway, the communication was flawless. Louise always delivered exactly when she said she would and was consistently easy to get hold of. A special mention must also go to Kimberley, who efficiently answered our queries as soon as they arose. It is clear that Louise and Kimberley work as a brilliant, well-coordinated team. What really stood out was how Louise handled a complex boundary issue during the process. She dealt with it thoroughly and professionally, securing a swift and successful resolution. Given how smoothly everything went, ORJ offered excellent value for money. I would absolutely use Louise and the firm again for any future transactions and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a reliable conveyancer!

We instructed ORJ to act on our behalf for the purchase of our first home, and the service was fantastic from start to finish. We especially appreciated how responsive and proactive Louise and Kimberley were throughout the entire process. They kept us updated at every stage, making everything feel smooth and stress‑free. It genuinely felt like a well‑oiled machine, with every part moving in parallel and no delays. We were ready to complete just seven weeks after our offer was accepted. We would highly recommend ORJ, with a particular shout‑out to Louise and Kimberley for their outstanding support.

Awful solicitors, the worst I have ever seen. Refused to answer queries, seemed to have little knowledge of law and were appalling. Please DO NOT USE this terrible lot
Amazing experience from start to finish! The team are professional and also very friendly, they guided us through all of the paperwork for our house move and answered any questions we had very quickly. Louise, Lucy and Lili were all great at helping us complete as fast as possible and there was always someone at the office to speak to when we needed urgent help with anything. We would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable Solicitor who is communicative and approachable. We can't thank them enough!
