I had to sell my parents property after both went into residential care. This was a very upsetting time but all that I dealt with, especially Jade Orr, were professional and patient. There were a number of issues which they dealt with and made the whole process much easier.

Following the death of my mother, my brother and I, as executors of her estate, needed to sell her house. Despite the distance we live from the property (the closer of us is 150 miles away) Clare Owen and her colleagues at ORJ made the conveyancing of the property very straightforward, demonstrating efficiency and professionalism. Communication was timely, polite and easy to understand. An excellent service at a competitive fee.

We have used Witney and her team at ORJ a couple of times now and the service has been out of this world. Any questions or problems we had throughout the whole Conveyancing process were solved quickly and nothing ever seemed like too much hassle. As a solicitor, Witney and her team took on all the workload and quickly updated us on any progress on our purchase which made the whole process completely stress free!. Without a doubt, we would recommend ORJ to anyone and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

As first-time buyers, navigating the property market felt incredibly daunting, but Louise and the team at ORJ made the entire process remarkably smooth. From the very beginning, Oliver was fantastic and incredibly helpful with getting us onboarded and set up. Patiently helping my elderly father complete his ID checks. Once the transaction was underway, the communication was flawless. Louise always delivered exactly when she said she would and was consistently easy to get hold of. A special mention must also go to Kimberley, who efficiently answered our queries as soon as they arose. It is clear that Louise and Kimberley work as a brilliant, well-coordinated team. Very unstressful service from Jade and her assistants Wendy and Maddie at ORJ whilst buying our first house. When the impending renters rights act looked like it could result in us having to pay rent on an empty house for 2 months, everything was put into place for us super quickly. Special praise to Maddie who has been our calm and reassuring main contact throughout it all. The price was also extremely competitive. Almost £800 less than the estates agents recommended solicitor, leaving us with more money for our new home.

The worst lawyers I have ever used. Appallingly incompetent. Not to be recommended as they care only for themselves, not their clients
Awful solicitors, the worst I have ever seen. Refused to answer queries, seemed to have little knowledge of law and were appalling. Please DO NOT USE this terrible lot
Amazing experience from start to finish! The team are professional and also very friendly, they guided us through all of the paperwork for our house move and answered any questions we had very quickly. Louise, Lucy and Lili were all great at helping us complete as fast as possible and there was always someone at the office to speak to when we needed urgent help with anything. We would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable Solicitor who is communicative and approachable. We can't thank them enough!
