Professional, Quality service.
I have used RJS on 5 separate occasions recently and each time without fail they have been able to exceed my expectations . Their fees are transparent , fair and as with all legal advice , You get what you pay for. They don't over promise and under deliver.
The partners respond in a timely manner to E mails and phone calls. They use language appropriate to the client and in a manner that is easily understood. The Senior partner Robert Bailey is extremely approachable , and a refreshing change as to what expectations I have received from solicitors in the past .
The staff I have dealt with have all been polite and courteous and a credit to the firm.
