Kristee handled the majority of a purchase for my father super efficiently before her maternity leave and then Beth pulled it out the bag getting it over the line in a bit of a last minute a rush - he is thrilled and can enjoy his bank holiday weekend :) the communication was top class throughout the process!

As first time buyers, we only had the experience of others to draw upon for what to expect from a conveyancer. Tegan at Grey-Smith Legal in Skelton, trainee solicitor at the time of writing, was exceptionally helpful with everything from start to finish. We didn't expect to have our completion date this side of Christmas, having only offered on the property in late October. However, after prompt and efficient surveys were gathered and paperwork completed, we had keys within 6 weeks. Everyone always says that a house purchase is super stressful and slow. Our experience was anything but, and we can only put this down to the efficiency of Tegan and the team at Grey-Smith Legal as they worked with us and the vendor to keep things moving. Highly recommended.
