We've instructed Grey Smith Legal before for a rental property purchase & wills. This time it was for a sale & purchase through Sammylea Wood at one of the busiest times in the housing market. From start to finish was 10 weeks & throughout we were able to contact, discuss & get professional feedback whether by phone or email. We also exchanged & completed on the same day which is testament to the excellent processes in place & hard work of Sammylea & Amy at the Skelton office.

Very poor service. If they show the same level of incompetence with criminal cases as they have with a probate issue it is understandable why the prisons are full.
